- Part of the municipality lies in Sharri National Park, which covers 53,469 ha across five municipalities: Kaçanik, Shtërpcë, Suharekë, Prizren and Dragash.
- Kukli Mehmed Bey built the mosque in the centre of Bresanë in 1538.
